We would like your experience at Crossroads to be positive and uncomplicated from the very beginning. Insurance companies are confusing, so to protect you and Crossroads, we have provided a checklist prior to your first appointment.

  1. Call your insurance company to verify:

    Mental health (specifically) coverage, copays and deductibles.  Do you need prior authorization?

  2. All of our counselors are covered by different insurance providers.

    If requesting a specific counselor,  ask your insurance provider if they are on their panel.

  3. Bring Insurance Card to the first appointment. We will make a copy.

  4. If you do not have insurance, please call.  We do have set rates for those paying out of pocket.
