Laura is an experienced individual and group therapy practitioner. Laura’s specializations include teenage and adult treatment for: ADHD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief/loss support, coping with trauma, assertive communication, spirituality issues, LGBTQ, mood related disorders, anger, and chronic mental illness.
She has a diverse background in her many years in the social service industry in her prior experiences in working with persons with intellectual disabilities and correctional work for female offenders. Laura is an avid learner in the mental health field and enjoys trainings and seminars to keep up with the latest trends.
She is an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoys spending her free time in appreciating good company with her friends and family.
