PHILOSOPHY

Antonia provides individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults utilizing therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. Antonia provides an easygoing, friendly, and enlightening environment for clients to work through their mental health needs. She strives to assist clients with feeling comfortable in the office. Finding someone that you can talk to can be difficult, but that is what she is here for. She offers you the ability to reach out to her to schedule a session, and possibly find your safe space to express your emotions and experiences.

BIO

Antonia completed her undergraduate studies at Clarke University in 2020 and received her Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Following completion of her bachelor's degrees, she completed her graduate study at Clarke University in 2021 and received her Master of Social Work degree. Antonia is a Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW) in the State of Iowa. Antonia has been practicing therapy services in the community since 2021.
