PHILOSOPHY
Jennifer provides individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults utilizing therapeutic techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. She approaches therapy from a warm, compassionate, and empathetic perspective. Jennifer provides a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to work through their mental health needs.
BIO
Jennifer is a Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Iowa. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loras College. Following graduation, Jennifer obtained training in Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy through Eagala. She also has experience working in a direct support professional role with individuals with disabilities. Most recently, Jennifer completed training in LENS Neurofeedback.
